Cedarhill Estates - A Planned Unit Development

Cedarhill Estates is unique in that Homeowners own the lot or land that their home sits on. There are only a little more than 175 of these such communities in California.

Some of these communities are more like a condominium where each Homeowner owns a share of the whole, rather than actually a deed to the land their home sits on. This is considered a Co-Op Structure. Western Hills Estates is one of these Co-Op Structures in Chino Hills and The Groves in Irvine is another Co-Op structure. You can see both of these on the map here.

Cedarhill Estates is a planned unit development, so rather than owning a share of the whole like Western Hills or the Groves, we each own our land. A planned unit development is even more unique as most Homeowner owned communities are Co-Op Structures like Western Hills and The Groves.

This map shows all of the Resident Owned Mobil Home communities in the area. The map shows that in Orange County, there are very few. You can see Cedarhill Estates just above  "Anaheim".

The map does not show leased land mobil home parks.
